Domestic Shipping (Korea):

You may choose in-store pickup or door-to-door courier delivery.

Items are shipped via DHL or EMS for safe and reliable delivery.

Shipping fees are charged separately after the product is completed, as costs vary by region, weight, and box size.

Any customs duties or taxes incurred during international clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund & Exchange Policy
Every product from BAD HAT BROTHERS is crafted based on your individual size, leather selection, and customization options.
Because production preparation begins immediately upon ordering, please review the following carefully.

As each piece is custom-made, we kindly ask that you make your purchase after careful consideration.
■ Refunds
Due to the nature of MTO products, refunds cannot be issued for the following reasons:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selection

Personal circumstances regarding production time

Natural variations found in genuine leather, such as grain differences, creases, pores, or subtle tonal variations
If a clear production error or fault on our part is confirmed, we will take full responsibility and offer a remake or partial refund.
■ Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for custom-made items.

If a structural defect or manufacturing error is identified, the item will be remade according to the same specifications.
■ After-Service (A/S)

Post-wear repairs may be serviced with or without additional cost, depending on the condition of the product.
